Lexpad support

Lexpad is made by Reza Pirighadim. For a question, a problem, or a request about your account or your data, e-mail hello@lexpad.app.

Contact

E-mail hello@lexpad.app. It helps to write from the e-mail address of your Lexpad account and to say where you use Lexpad (iPhone, Android, desktop or the web app) and what happened.

Inside the app you can also send a note to the team from Settings → Send feedback.

Signing in

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen tap Forgot your password? and enter the e-mail you signed up with. The reset link in that e-mail works for 30 minutes. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in the same way again.

Cancel a subscription

Lexpad Pro is cancelled where it was bought. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

  • Apple (the iPhone app): on your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lexpad, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal.
  • Google Play (the Android app): in the Play Store open Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lexpad, or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  • On the web (Paddle): sign in at app.lexpad.app and open Settings → Plan → Manage subscription, or use the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail.

After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Your notebooks are never deleted: everything you added stays in the free app.

Restore a purchase

  • iPhone: sign in to the same Lexpad account, open the Plan page and tap Restore purchases.
  • Android: sign in to the same Lexpad account and open Settings; Lexpad checks Google Play for the subscription on this device.

Pro belongs to the Lexpad account it was bought with, so it also works on your other devices once you sign in there.

Refunds

Apple and Google refund purchases made in their stores under their own rules; ask them first. Purchases made on the web are handled by Paddle. The details, and what to do if a store says no, are in the refund policy.

Delete your account

In the app open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is erased after a 30-day grace period, during which you can restore the account. If you cannot sign in, e-mail hello@lexpad.app from the account's address. Every step is on the delete your account page.
