Lexpad is in early access. These terms are short on purpose and will grow with the service.

The service

• Lexpad is free while in early access. If paid plans arrive, the free notebook you have today stays free.
• We may change or pause features while the service is in early access. Your notebook stays exportable throughout.
• The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to create an account.
• You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your content

• What you write in your notebooks is yours. We store and process it only to run the service for you.
• Cards written by the AI are yours to edit, keep or delete. Check them; a language model can be wrong.
• Do not use Lexpad to store or share content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

Fair use

AI card generation has a daily and monthly allowance per account so the service stays affordable for everyone. Automated or bulk access to the service is not permitted.
